Help Advice needed for my first visit to the O/S

Right then you lot , I'm travelling down to the O/S on Sunday , its my first visit and need some info.
My Dad who is 77 cant walk too far and was wondering where or what is our best way of getting there. I'm travelling down by car so any station where there is parking wont be a problem , your thoughts would be welcome

The Queen Elizabeth Park has got a park mobility Service. I have seen them driving older people around in golf buggies. Give them a buzz. Phone number is on this web page.

The club are telling people it is.

Gavros and TFL would suggest the club is lying again. Christ knows why though.

why are some saying PML station is shut on match days?

They dont actually say its shut. They say its 'not available'

I have no idea but the West Ham email I got a few days back had a PDF file attached which suggested that Pudding Mill was closed ??

Park in the Black Lion have a good drink get a cab to the stadium and the train home then come back on Sunday and decide if you won't more drink or drive home.

I do realise that you live miles away but know that you like a drink :-)

Park somewhere around Langdon Park in Poplar, no parking restrictions round there on the weekend, then DLR to Pudding Mill which is by far the closest station.
